Pimped out shells n cheese.
* A box of Amy’s Natural Shells and Cheese, premade the night before, because I had to fit in time to catch up on Modern Family. I laced it with 1 Tablespoon Nutritional Yeast to bump up the health value (and my kids never know the difference), add cheese slices cut into a circle and wavy lion hair, a little nori seaweed cut out for the face, and lunch is done the night before. I’m lucky that my kids school will heat up their lunches for them so I just pack it cold the night before. This could be done in a thermos as well, but the face gets a wee bit melty =).

Bunny Slipper Lunch!
Doing another version of these for my daughter’s lunch tomorrow. These will be made out of her new fave ham and cheese sammich, with the bread cut into bunny slipper shapes. Everything holds together nicely with cream cheese and the facial features made out of nori seaweed using nori punches (you can get them in my shop or many places online). and ham for the ears and nose. Simple and she never wants to trade this lunch =)

Pink Popcorn Balls
makes 2 dozen 3-inch balls

1/4 cup butter (yup, a whole stick, yum!)1 bag (10 oz) mini marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla10 cups popped popcorn, or 2 microwave popcorn bags1 small pkg jello (any flavor) I used cherry for the pink balls

Place butter and marshmallows in large glass bowl. Microwave 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, until marshmallows are melted. Add dry Jell-o mix and stir. Pour mixture over popcorn. Stir to cover popcorn. You can use a fun popcorn baller to form the balls…

Or, spray hands with cooking spray and form into balls.

You can add sticks after you form the balls.

Thought this would be a fun party idea. I’m not gonna lie, these babies are super easy to make and way yummy! I’ll be passing a bunch of these out to total strangers tomorrow since I made way too many.  I’ll post the recipe tomorrow, my son is in the middle of a long story about a Pokemon dream, haha! Have a great night all!

Ice breaker Shrimp Cocktail
I like these shrimp cocktails because you put them in little bread bowls for your guests to carry around while mingling. Yummy and a conversation starter, double win! They eyes are made of seaweed stuck on with a little of the cocktail sauce and mouth and bow are cut from a radish and held in place with toothpicks. I need to crash some parties with these!

How tweet is this?? I have a couple extra of these cute bottle stoppers I’ll list in my shop, but seriously, I fell in love with this little birdie. I actually use it on a pretty glass water bottle to put on the table at mealtime, a little thing I borrowed from the Frenchies. Ooh la laahhh!!!
